Place: Coldred Art Day. Liz Sharp. Time: 11AM till 5pm. Directions Below. Directions: 2 Guilford Villas, Singledge Lane, Coldred. (Tel: 01304 830738). From Dover - Take A2 towards Canterbury.From Whitfield continue to crossroads. Turn right across the carraigeway..... From Canterbury - Take A2 to Dover, past lights at Lydden then next left to Coldred..... .....Follow road past the duck pond, then shortly after Carpenters Arms on your right, the road splits. Turn right into Church Lane, sign posted Eythorne. Just after the white painted cottage there is a double bend with Coldred Church on the left. Go slowly round the bend to the crossroads with a small grassy island and turn rightinto Singledge Lane. After 75 yards, where the woods stop, turn right into the unmade road. It looks like a private drive and we are the 3rd house on the left. Other: Please Bring Lunch and a £2 Donation for the Hedgehog Rescue Fund. Ideas for painting include - Mature Gardenswith small pond, Coldred Church, countryside vies and woodland and Coldred Village Green (By short drive).
