Part of Givaudan's Company philosophy relies on sending its employees all around the world to experience new smells, colours, textures and all manor of senory enlightenment.

This year they will be traveling to Iceland. On there return they are asked to express there experiences with the help of Phyllis McDowell. Using all there sensory memory, Phyllis will help them to express there inner most thoughts and feelings onto paper. Using all sorts of mediums to do this, the Givaudan employees will create images that will eventually inspire them to create new fragrances.
